My mission is to provide skilled, compassionate bodywork that empowers individuals to sustain active, healthy lifestyles. Through a commitment to therapeutic healing and longevity, I strive to support my clients in achieving their personal and physical goals, fostering resilience and wellness within the community.

More about me

After a successful 20-year career in the corporate tech industry, I realized that my work was not bringing me the fulfillment I needed. I had reached a point where I felt unmotivated and disillusioned, recognizing that my efforts were fueling corporate gains without a clear, meaningful impact on others. In November 2023, I made the decision to leave tech and embark on a more purpose-driven path in bodywork, specifically massage therapy.

I graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in December 2024. My studies there have reaffirmed my commitment to helping others and deepened my skills in supporting recovery and well-being. As an avid hiker, backpacker, cyclist, and outdoor enthusiast, I am particularly passionate about sports massage, post-surgery recovery, and helping clients maintain an active lifestyle. My personal commitment to staying active allows me to bring a unique understanding to clients with similar goals.

My philosophy is rooted in helping people achieve longevity and sustainability within their bodies, empowering them to pursue their physical goals with confidence. Looking ahead, I aspire to become a skilled, trusted, and respected bodyworker in my community, building meaningful connections through therapeutic healing and support for sustainable health.
